Kerri is p***** off that her boyfriend is late from one of his 3 jobs that he has to support them both. Kerri belittles him and complains that he should be home to give her money so she can go out clubbing without him. When he gets home she mocks him and complains about how he doesn't appreciate her and give her anything. But he says he actually got her a gift. She opens the box and sees 2 gold bracelets. She puts them on still not looking satisfied and orders him to get her dress.

As Kerri is undressing she wonders aloud if the bracelets are even real gold. She says her skin on her arm feels funny. She wonders what is taking him so long when suddenly her arms start to feel funny. Instantly both of her arms turn gold! She gasps in shock and says it must be the cheap fake bracelets he got her. She yells out asking where did he get these bracelets when suddenly she feels funny again.

Just as quickly as her arms turned gold so does her torso and legs. Kerri begins to have a hard time moving her arms and legs . she says that her whole body feels so heavy. She calls out for David and tries to head to the door but her body becomes so heavy as she is turning to solid gold thatshe stops stuck in place. She starts to feel funny again and then her face quickly turns gold making her transformation into a solid gold statue complete.

Now solid gold and frozen in place, David walks in to find her. He says those bracelets were the best things he's ever gotten for her and that he plans on selling her. A solid gold statue will fetch him a pretty penny for sure. Now that his snobby girlfriend is solid gold and can't take all his money he can go out clubbing with his friends. He leaves Kerri the statue to go out.
